Justin Rosberg

Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer

JustinJustin recognized early on that to run a successful business, quality, consistency and unparalleled hospitality is paramount. With these principles in mind, Justin co-founded The Meat House in 2002 with best friend Jason Parent.

Justin combines the business experience he gained on Wall Street with his years of experience working at Maine’s renowned Weathervane Seafood Restaurants. Justin worked on Wall Street at Bear Stearns in its wealth management group. In 2002, Justin decided that while Wall Street was exciting, Main Street was where he belonged. Always a backyard barbeque enthusiast and tailgate aficionado, Justin and Jason opened their first Meat House location in Portsmouth, NH in 2003.

Justin is a graduate of The University of Massachusetts and received his MBA from Northeastern University.

Jason Parent

Co-Founder and President

Jason From the very first planning meetings with his best friend and co-founder Justin Rosberg, Jason knew The Meat House had the potential to be a national brand without compromising its unmatched dedication to preserving a local neighborhood presence and charm. It is his understanding of community that helped foster the concept of The Meat House as a revival of the neighborhood butcher shop.

A veteran of the restaurant business, Jason ran a division for the Weathervane Seafood Restaurants in Maine. In this experience, he has gained critical knowledge in how to help a business grow while staying true to the concepts of customer service. Jason oversees purchasing and operations for The Meat House.

Jason is a graduate of the University of Maine School of Business.

Kerry Miller

COO and Executive VP of People Development

Kerry A veteran of the casual dining industry, Kerry brings an incredible breadth and depth of experience to The Meat House. His focus is the development of both company and franchise organizational leadership, while developing and implementing best in class systems and processes to support the company's growth throughout new markets.

Prior to joining The Meat House team, Kerry served as Vice President of People Development at Bertucci’s Corporation. Before that he served as Director of Field HR for Applebee's Services, Inc.

Kerry is a graduate of Plymouth State University.

Thomas Brown

Chief Business Development Officer and EVP of Sales

TomA trusted advisor to the co-founders for more than three years, Tom was instrumental in designing the franchise growth model for The Meat House and oversees the company's national sales and business development strategy.

Tom has over 20 years of business development experience, holding executive level sales, marketing and leadership development roles advising some of the world's fastest growing companies from private startup through IPO to market maturity.

Tom is a graduate of Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
